Exchanges, Returns, and Shipping

EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges. Once we receive the item, we will ship your replacement item.

RETURN POLICY

We strive for you to be 100% satisfied with your Infinite Worth products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment. We are not able to refund shipping charges except in the case of our shipping error or a defective product. The item must be in new condition to be eligible for return. We cannot accept used, washed, or worn items.

To return an item, carefully pack it with a packing list and a reason for the return using a trackable shipment. We are not able to process a refund without merchandise returned as directed above and we cannot be liable for lost shipments.

SHIPPING

Our fulfillment center processes orders within 24-48 hours of order placement on all in-stock items. You will receive a Shipping Notice once your order has shipped that includes tracking information.

We currently ship only within the United States. For international shipments, please contact us at info@infiniteworth.org so that we can seek a solution to your international shipping needs.
