 Love in the Darkest Hours

As we reflect on the beauty and hope of Christmas, I want to share with you the urgent need for the work we do through Infinite Worth Nurse Chat — especially when pregnancy centers are closed.

On Christmas Eve at 11:00 PM, while many were celebrating with family, a young mother reached out to us from an airport where she was sleeping because it was safer than the streets. All the shelters were full, and she had nowhere else to go. Alone and afraid, she was searching for abortion pills, desperate for answers and hope. I could not help but think of the Christmas story and how Mary and Joseph found no room in the inn.

And she wasn’t alone. By Christmas morning, 15 other abortion-minded women reached out to our nurses, overwhelmed with fear and uncertainty, needing love and direction. Because of your generosity, we were there — ready to answer their cries for help with compassion, hope, and practical next steps.

I can’t help but think of the birth of Jesus and the angel’s words: “Be not afraid.” It’s a message that still speaks to us today. Perfect love casts out fear — and that’s exactly what your support enables us to do. You make it possible for us to meet women in their darkest moments with the light of hope and love.

While pregnancy center staff rested and celebrated Christmas with their families, our nurses were available to extend their amazing work, ensuring no woman felt alone. Your prayers and gifts make this life-saving mission possible, not just during the holidays but every day.

Thank you for partnering with us to bring hope and love into the lives of women and babies — no matter the hour. May you continue to feel the joy and peace of this Christmas season.

With great love and gratitude,

Rachel Owen CEO
